On the iPad, I cannot get past the intro screens. What should I do?
There's an odd issue we recently discovered—and are working on—that prevents some users from not being able to get past the intro screens. The fastest way to overcome this issue is to:
1) Kill the app in the background

2) Turn on orientation lock in Control Center

3) Reopen the app.
You'll then be able to advance and tap "Get Started" after the intro screens.
