I have a subscription, but the app is suddenly in a non-subscribed state. What do I do?

If you are certain you have a subscription to Jellies but the app is showing you otherwise, you can take the following steps to restore your subscription:

1) Ensure the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription is logged in on your device. If you're on a kids device, ensure in-app purchases are enabled, which are required for subscriptions to work.

2) Delete the app from your device first, then reinstall a fresh copy from the App Store

You should be able to verify your subscription is once again active by going to the Settings screen in Parents Mode. You can also tap the "Watch in Kids Mode" button to confirm your subscription is active.
