How do I get my Jellies subscription to show up on my child's profile on Amazon Fire devices? (Amazon Freetime)
In-app purchases, including a Jellies subscription, will only appear within your "parent" profile and not inside a child's profile on Amazon Freetime. This is unfortunately a limitation put in place by Amazon to prevent purchases from being made by children and affects all apps with in-app purchases. If you have not yet purchased a subscription, you can temporarily allow in-app transactions on a child's profile to activate the subscription, and then reinstate this parental control once the subscription is active. Amazon is aware of this issue, however, you can contact Amazon directly to suggest feedback or changes to this policy.
